Welcome to Leaf & Lotus. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of houseplants and indoor gardening accessories. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these conditions. Leaf & Lotus is a registered business operating out of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Please note that all indoor plants are living organisms. While we strive to accurately display the size, shape, and color of our inventory, natural variations will occur. The plant you receive may differ slightly from the representative photographs. Minor transit shock, including a dropped leaf or slight wilting, is normal and generally resolves with proper care in its new environment.
All prices listed on the Leaf & Lotus website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before orders are dispatched for local delivery or made available for pickup.
We currently service Bengaluru and specific surrounding regions within Karnataka. Due to the perishable nature of live houseplants, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If a plant arrives severely damaged or diseased, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the plant and its packaging, to request a replacement or store credit.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the website or the purchase of our botanical products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
